South London Symphonic Winds puts on a range of social events for our members. Full details of our social programme are available to members when they join the band.
Recent events include lunch in Brighton, a board games afternoon, and a Gamelan workshop. Many of these events are held jointly with our sister groups, the South London Jazz Orchestra and London Sings choir.
Our most popular social event is our weekly pub trip after rehearsals on a Thursday – all members are welcome to come along and get to know one another better.
